Created in connection with former NBA player Rasheed Wallace, the sneaker features a striking Total Crimson colourway across its high-top construction. Backstory
Originally introduced in 1982, the Nike Air Force 1 was designed by Bruce Kilgore as a performance basketball shoe and became the first basketball model to feature Nike Air technology. What began on the court quickly developed into one of the most influential sneakers in streetwear and sneaker culture.
Rasheed Wallace became closely associated with the Air Force 1 throughout his NBA career, famously wearing the high-top silhouette on court long after basketball footwear had moved towards more technical designs. Nike celebrated that connection through several Rasheed Wallace editions of the Air Force 1, combining the classic silhouette with details inspired by the NBA star. The ‘Total Crimson’ edition is a bold example of that relationship and represents a distinctive period in Air Force 1 history.
