Description
The New Balance 9060 'Mineral Grey Matter' builds on the 9060's layered take on the 990 lineage, dressed here in a muted mix of gray, silver, and white. The construction leans into tonal depth, with mesh underlays set against suede and synthetic overlays to give the silhouette its signature dimensional look. Reflective hits break up the grayscale palette, while the chunky dad-shoe proportions and ABZORB cushioning keep the focus on that oversized, protective bulk the 9060 is known for.
About New Balance
New Balance has spent decades building a reputation on performance running heritage and a willingness to let design speak through engineering rather than excess branding. The 9060 extends that lineage into the brand's modern lifestyle direction, pulling from archival silhouettes like the 990 and 860 to create something distinctly new while nodding to New Balance's long history of dad-shoe credibility. Independent manufacturing roots and a continued commitment to craftsmanship have kept the brand a mainstay among sneaker enthusiasts who value substance behind the silhouette.
