The sneaker features a black leather upper accented by red elements, including a stitched line across the Swoosh that references high-fashion tailoring techniques. Maintaining the original high-top structure, the model includes the signature Wings logo, perforated toe box and traditional panel construction. The ‘Couture’ theme introduces a subtle luxury influence while preserving the heritage identity of the Air Jordan 1.
Backstory
Originally released in 1985, the Air Jordan 1 marked the beginning of Michael Jordan’s signature line and quickly became a cultural icon.
