Description
Nike Air Tech Challenge II SP ‘Wimbledon’ (2014) combines classic tennis heritage with a refined, tournament-inspired colour palette. The sneaker features a premium white leather upper, complemented by Jade Glaze and Gorge Green accents with subtle gold detailing. A visible Air unit provides cushioning, while the layered construction and distinctive midsole preserve the bold character of the original performance silhouette.
Backstory
Originally introduced in 1989 as Andre Agassi’s signature tennis shoe, the Air Tech Challenge II became known for its expressive design and visible Air cushioning. This special edition was released in 2014 to celebrate the Wimbledon tennis tournament, translating the event’s traditional white dress code and iconic grass courts into a clean white-and-green colourway.
