- Place your order. Sizes available through On Demand show the blue 'On Demand' logo in the size chart.
- We source it. Our buyer team tracks down your item through our trusted network of verified sellers and official retailers.
- We authenticate it. Every item passes through our warehouse in Zwijndrecht, where our authentication specialists inspect and verify it by hand. Not authentic? It never reaches you, simple as that.
- Insured delivery. Shipped safely and securely to your doorstep, fully insured.

Delivery time - On average 3–15 business days. Sourcing exclusive items takes time; we'd rather deliver right than deliver fast. You'll be kept informed along the way. We keep you informed from the moment of placing the order to the delivery of your product.
Pricing - Based on current market value. That's why prices can differ per size, exactly like the resale market works, but without the resale risk.
