Le Air Jordan 1 Retro Low OG "Year of the Dragon" presentano una palette di colori composta da Sail, Cedar, Oil Green, Light Pumice e Dark Team Red. La scelta di una base in pelle Sail è completata da sovrapposizioni in pelle con squame verdi, in omaggio al drago. Dettagli aggiuntivi includono accenti rosso scuro sugli Swoosh, il logo Wings ricamato su linguette dorate al tallone, le etichette "Nike Air" sulla linguetta e sui lacci. Elementi degni di nota sono le fodere in raso grigio chiaro sopra una suola intermedia bianca e una suola esterna in gomma traslucida. L’uscita include anche una scatola speciale con il tema Year Of The Dragon.
