Un adattamento della sneaker Air Jordan 1 Low OG EX smontata nella tonalità "Coconut Milk" è chiamato Jordan 1 Retro Low OG EX Coconut Milk.
La tomaia di questa scarpa bassa è composta da una base in tessuto traspirante con sovrapposizioni Off-White sull'avampiede, occhielli e tallone, e dettagli Crisp White sulla punta e sul pannello laterale. Questa sneaker ha un aspetto decomposto grazie alla struttura in schiuma esposta delle sovrapposizioni. La tomaia è contrastata da Swoosh neri sui lati e da un contorno in schiuma esposta. Ulteriori dettagli includono il celebre emblema "Wings" su una linguetta in suede sul tallone, lacci bianchi e il marchio "Nike Air" sulle etichette imbottite della linguetta. Il design si completa con una suola in gomma nera e una midsole Sail con fiancate invecchiate.
