The sneaker features a white leather upper with signature elephant print overlays on the toe and heel, maintaining the model’s recognisable structure. Blue and red accents are integrated throughout the design, adding contrast while referencing team colours. Classic elements such as the visible Air unit, Jumpman branding and mid-top profile preserve the heritage identity of the Air Jordan 3.
Backstory
Originally released in 1988, the Air Jordan 3 marked a turning point in the Jordan line, introducing visible Air cushioning and the now-iconic elephant print. The silhouette has since become a cornerstone in sneaker culture, frequently reinterpreted through new colourways and themes. The ‘Washington Wizards’ edition draws inspiration from Michael Jordan’s later career period, when he played for the Washington Wizards, connecting the design to a specific chapter in basketball history.
