How we check that a piece is genuine
Everything we buy or sell passes through our own warehouse in Zwijndrecht, where our specialists check the stitching, the labels and the paint by hand before it is packed. Bought something elsewhere and want a second opinion? Our Authenticity Check Service costs 19.95 euros per item. It is always physical, because photos are not enough, and what you get back is an expert opinion based on the details we can inspect at that moment.
Sizes and On Demand
Every product page lists the sizes that belong to that exact piece. Is your size not listed? Our On Demand service sources it through official retailers and verified sellers we already work with. That usually takes 3 to 15 working days, and it goes through the same physical check before it is shipped.
Shipping and returns
- Free shipping in the Netherlands and Belgium on orders from 250 euros.
- Items sold as new can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in their original packaging.
- A return label costs 9.95 euros, or you can drop your return off at the Zwijndrecht showroom for free.
- Showroom visits and picking your order up in Zwijndrecht are by appointment.

ARE ALL PRODUCTS AUTHENTIC?
Yes. At The Attic, every single item we sell is 100% authentic. Everything we have in stock is bought directly from the brand or from verified retailers. Products sourced exclusively through our On Demand service pass a strict quality control and authentication process in our warehouse before we ship them to you.
IS THIS PRODUCT IN STOCK, AND WHEN WILL IT BE BACK IN STOCK?
Stock information is shown in real time on the product page. If a size or color is sold out, feel free to contact us and we will check if and when the item will be available again.
HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
If the product is in stock in our warehouse, we ship your item the same day when the order is placed before 15:00. For On Demand products, the delivery time is around 2 to 15 business days.
CAN I STILL CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
As long as your order is still being processed, we can usually cancel or adjust it. If your package has already shipped, we are unfortunately no longer able to stop it, but you are welcome to simply return the item once you receive it.
WHEN WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK AFTER A RETURN?
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as this is done. Please make sure all accessories are included with your returned product to ensure quick processing.

Yes, customers are able to pick up their order in our showroom. To do this, please make an appointment with our team so we can prepare your visit and have the order ready for pickup.
