ARE ALL PRODUCTS AUTHENTIC?
Yes. At The Attic, every single item we sell is 100% authentic. Everything we have in stock is bought directly from the brand or from verified retailers. Products sourced exclusively through our On Demand service pass a strict quality control and authentication process in our warehouse before we ship them to you.
IS THIS PRODUCT IN STOCK, AND WHEN WILL IT BE BACK IN STOCK?
Stock information is shown in real time on the product page. If a size or color is sold out, feel free to contact us and we will check if and when the item will be available again.
HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
If the product is in stock in our warehouse, we ship your item the same day when the order is placed before 15:00. For On Demand products, the delivery time is around 2 to 15 business days.
CAN I STILL CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
As long as your order is still being processed, we can usually cancel or adjust it. If your package has already shipped, we are unfortunately no longer able to stop it, but you are welcome to simply return the item once you receive it.
WHEN WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK AFTER A RETURN?
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as this is done. Please make sure all accessories are included with your returned product to ensure quick processing.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS OR DISCOUNT CODES?

Yes. Through our Archive section, you can offer your product to us for consignment or direct purchase. Simply fill out the Sell to Us form. Since every offered archive product is thoroughly authenticated by our team of specialists, please fill out the form in as much detail as possible.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IN THE SHOWROOM?
Yes, customers are able to pick up their order in our showroom. To do this, please make an appointment with our team so we can prepare your visit and have the order ready for pickup.
